Our Gingerbread Man is a cheery funeral tribute.

White double Chrysanthemums create this design. They are sprayed with paint to create the gingerbread colour.

Change the colour of the bow to fit your theme.

A floral spray can be added by notifying us of your preferences or specific requirements. The spray can be made in a colour of your choice e.g. pink, blue, orange, yellow, purple etc. If you require personalisation please leave information in the notes section on your order.

Personalise this Gingerbread man tribute with a name on the design. E.g. ‘GRANDAD’ or ‘John Jones’ attached to ribbon and laid across it. Your choice of ribbon colour.

The design is a standard size, around 30 -40 cm high.

Our special tributes require a minimum order time of 7 days.  Special tributes take time to create, design and personalise. These designs take longer to create as they are not ‘off the shelf’ products. If you like this Gingerbread man tribute you may also like our squirrel tribute.

Special tributes are only available for local delivery in Hertfordshire or to a local Funeral Directors. They are too big and fragile for nationwide delivery. Collection from the shop is free of charge.

Do you offer regular flower subscriptions?
Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions. You choose the frequency, price and duration. They are available for homes, offices or as gifts.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. Perishable goods guarantee is for 5-7 days. If you experience quality issues, contact the shop directly ASAP.
How do I look after my bouquet?
If boxed in water: Unwrap the aqua-pack over a sink to release the water. Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle, place them in a clean vase with fresh water and half of the flower food sachet. Every couple of days repeat the same process to ensure longevity. If hand tied: Remove the packaging. How long will my fresh-cut flowers last?
Fresh-cut arrangements typically last between 5 to 7 days, but could last longer, depending on the flower variety, room temperature and location they are kept in.  Follow the care instructions closely to ensure longevity.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If you choose for your bouquet to be packaged and boxed in water it will be left in a safe sheltered spot, left with a neighbour or brought back to the shop if there is not a safe place to leave it with a re-delivery notice left behind. Hand tied bouquets, not boxed in water, will usually only be left with a neighbour who can put it into a vase of water. They will be brought back to the shop if there is not a safe place to leave it with a re-delivery notice left behind. You can specify a location for the flowers to be left. The flowers will not be left in direct sun or on a hot day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard options usually include major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank transfers or cash for in-store collections. We do not accept American Express in store.
Do you create bespoke bouquets?
Yes. We can create bespoke bouquets in your colour scheme or with specific flowers if they are in season. For specific requests please contact us directly on 01438 716569 or email theshop@welwynflorist.co.uk.
Can I order for same day delivery?
Yes. Same day delivery is available on all of our bouquets when ordered by 1pm that day. The bouquet may vary from the product image due to flower availability but the colour scheme will remain the same. Nationwide delivery is unavailable for same day delivery. Only local delivery.
